Today was my brothers birthday and me and my sister made him a chocolate cake. It was so fun for a second I thought that the sponges were going to crack……

On Satrday morning I went swimming with my sis and it was quite funny to see her swim. At the end of her lesson she lost her goggles and we had to interrupt a lesson to get them.

When we got home my brother fell asleep and I helped my mum make fried rice,( but she defosted everything before swimming). First my mum semi-boiled the rice so it woudn’t have starch. Then I peeled the onions and sping onions and started to chop them.First my mum added oil to the pot ,then the onions ,later the chicken after the mini prawns and mixed veg,after a while the rice and at the end the spring onions (we also added fried egg).

So thats how I and my mum make fried rice

Finally it works I thought it would never ever work I am so exited about this anyway……
